Just saw this great movie directed by Spike Lee in 1989.
Rest in Peace George A. Romero, I still remember the night I watched your movie for the first time. Alone in my bedroom, dreaming about becoming a photographer.
Dialogues containing the title of many movies. It's always a very interesting (and hard) thing choosing a title for a photography project.
Just saw this nice movie with a nice soundtrack and black and white. Keep moving on, you'll eventually get your hot cup of coffee!
"Life is beautiful, really it is, full of beauty and illusions. Life is great, without it you'd be dead."
One of my favourite movies.
Yesterday I watched this beautiful movie by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon. Great music too. Check it.
I've just canceled my Netflix account after watching three addicting TV series. They were not bad but I think there's nothing like a good movie at the cinema. Even all by myself.
"In all our lives there's a fall from innocence, a time after which we are never the same. It happened in the summer of 1959, a long time ago...
For some is the last real taste of innocence and the first real taste of life. But for every one it's the time that memories are made of."
Stand By Me - Rob Reiner
One of my greatest inspirations from cinema world while working on my project Head of the Lion. Five years spent documenting the adolescence of a group of eight Sicilian kids.
Trailer of American Graffiti by George Lucas (1973), watched this movie last night. Great one and great soundtrack. An other great story about the coming of age..
Yesterday I've seen this movie again after 5 or 6 years. Still one of my favourite out there and a great inspiration for the photography projects in which I'm documenting youth.
Watch it if you haven't seen it yet. Gummo was written and directed by Harmony Korine (1997).
